Hotel Butik di Weybridge

"What a find! Such an incredibly unique space. We were in the Lambeth Suite - huge room at the top of the building with incredible high ceiling in the eaves and view of the Shard through the arched window. Very comfy bed and fantastic shower. The room Was incredibly quiet for a city location. Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful and the bar downstairs is lovely. This is a very special place. Sadly no time for breakfast which looked like an amazing Indian feast!"

"I think the property could be managed better. There was no fridge in the room which was very inconvenient - I wanted to keep my drinks cold but couldn't. The bathroom amenities were very basic and no bath salts, soap by the bath area for example. The room balcony should be cleaned daily- it is full of pigeon poop. Otherwise, the property itself is lovely and historic, there's alot of potential to make this hotel a 5 star place, but you need a good management to be able to do this. The restaurant...

"Just got back from my solo trip to London and had a great experience staying at citizenM. The hotel was clean, modern, safe, and in a really convenient location for getting around the city. The staff was friendly, check-in was easy, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable throughout my trip and would definitely stay there again."
