"Overall excellent, but I was charged a daily parking fee because it was booked via Expedia and not directly with the hotel. Other minor complaints, had to used the hair dryer outside of the bathroom, it did not have a magnifying mirror or extractor fan in the bathroom, and no media charging plugs."

"The Ampersand is a lovely hotel in a fabulous neighborhood with the convenience of the tube, shopping, museums, and restaurants right at your doorstep. I liked this hotel for its charm and because it doesn't feel like a chain hotel. The rooms were quiet at night, the temperature is adjustable, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the towels were plush. Overall, a wonderful stay and a hotel I would highly recommend."
