"We had three people in the room. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made. When asked about it they said we would have to make the bed ourselves. I asked twice for another blanket. After one-half hour I had to hunt down a room service person and went with her to get a blanket"

"We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay"

"The room was super nice, it had a Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave, and some bowls/mugs/utensils. They have kayaks on the property but unfortunately we couldn't go out on the bay due to the storms they had, but the view of the bay from our room looked absolutely gorgeous. So the fabulous pool + hot tub really came in handy for our stay. There are chickens + roosters so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. And there are some really sweet cats on the property as well (we fell in love...

"Will definitely stay here again. This was my first time not staying at one of the bigger hotels along the beach and it was honestly better. It was nice to see the city every morning instead of the ocean. Valet was very fast and friendly, elevators were quick and easy unlike most at the bigger hotels. Couldn’t have been an easier stay"

"The staff at the front desk not nice or friendly. I asked if I could have a room overlooking the pool, and the employee responded that he didn't have anything and I am lucky to recieve the room I got. The room was outdated, dirty and the windows were filty. I live across the street I wanted to stay just to use the pool (which I never did because of the weather). Complete waste of money."

"Room was clean but staying for 10 days we only got complete service once. You had to ask for clean towels. The cleaning staff were great once you were able to get them to clean the room. No brooms or dustpans supplied in the room in order to keep the room clean yourself. Location was great able to walk to beach and restaurants easily. "

"Absolutely everything is great here! Location, staff, cute rooms, the restaurant and bar. We also love the coffee shop and we buy something from the boutique Honolulu Pawn Shop on every visit. This is our third time staying and we will come back every year to celebrate the two March birthdays in our family! Love it! "
