"We loved our stay here, it was so near to whitby centre. The room was good, a negative is no where to dry towels. We had to ask for more coffee and sugar, as we were staying three nights. "Stayed here twice now & doesn’t disappoint. Room lovely & clean with nice touches such as bath robes and lots of various toiletries. Full tea & coffee making facilities with nice biscuits Breakfast can’t be beaten and all staff welcoming and pleasant."

"The room was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed, bathroom was also spotless and again had everything needed The staff are friendly and made us feel welcomed from arrival. The only thing that could be made better would be an addition of a full drench shower because there was certainly room for one"

"Just ten mins walk to town centre, few minute walk to north sea seaside, location is lovely. The room is clean, the bed is comfy, the shower has high water pressure which is good for after walking all day. The only one thing is kettle doesn't clean, some water left there when I check-in."

"The hosts Phillip and Dee could not do enough for us, they were very friendly. The room was lovely and clean and refills of tea, coffee, biscuits etc provided outside the rooms for guests to help themselves to. The breakfasts we had were amazing, plenty of choice and beautifully cooked. There’s a bus to Whitby just near the house and many other places to visit nearby."

"Small B&B which is in a quiet area, but just of main routes so easy to find. There is sufficient off-street parking for guests which is a plus. Breakfast offers a good choice for all tastes and the breakfast room, at the side of the property affords sea views which adds to the pleasant feel of what is obviously a well run B&B. The room had a comfortable double bed, ensuit bathroom and provided with tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits.I was met by the host on arrival and given a tour so I...
