Cari Serviced Apartment di White Plains

"Broken elevator, toilet, ice machine, outside door and bathroom was moldy with paint chipping and falling off. Completely awful! Had to change rooms. Not worth 1/2 of what we paid. The only saving grace was the staff were nice but powerless to correct anything. They were instructed to point to a sign on the wall to email complaints!"

"The only thing I complain about is because when I stayed there was no hot water Everything else was good"

"Hotel económico en Manhattan."

"Good location, cute room, friendly staff on the phone at check in"

"Just a nice place to stay and very close to everything … I will come back"

"The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it."
