"Right in the city center, so it was the perfect location for a short stay. The breakfast was pretty basic. As for our room, the bed was comfy but the pillows were foldable so heads up on that for those who cant sleep on flat pillows. When getting our rooms cleaned we noticed the cleaners never really vacumed the floors and didnt top up on the toiletries when we ran out of some that we had to call the receptionist who kindly came over to hand these over to us. "Hi i stay there for 1 night. Location wise no doubt is very convenient it is just right beside Cologne Station. 1 minute walk. And it is opposite the cologne cathedral. I got upgraded for free to a better room with a window view facing the cologne cathedral. The room was classic but a little bit old on the furniture. But it is very spacious with a living room no complain there. I was very please with their friendly customer service and they gave us an extra bed for free for my 9yr old & a baby...
