"Great hotel! Can get a little packed in the pool when they allow private parties, which is often. But still would highly recommended. Very nice staff and facilities. Super comfy rooms and beds!"

"It was a clean room. I really appreciated the evening clerk. She was GREAT! When I went to turn the key in at the end of my stay, the person who was at the front desk was in the back and appeared to be reading a newspaper. There were two packages setting there. I announced that I was checking out and mentioned the packages. He didn't get up. Otherwise, everything couldn't have been BETTER! I loved the whirlpool. I liked how they had the room set up. Everything else was great."

Then, I call Expedia requesting a refund,since I could barely stand to be there for an hour, and after waiting 37 minutes on hold, I had to attempt to communicate with someone who could barely speak English! "The beds were lifted extra high and hard to get on them. And there was no heat in the room when we entered?! It was March.. in Madison.. so the room was 40 degree! Took a long time to warm the room. Front desk manager was wonderful and very helpful!"

"We didn't stay. Was fine with what looked like construction when we walked in but when we got to our room it was dirty- like it wasnt cleaned before we got there. There was a weird stain on the shower mat, the beds were mussed, there was a random key card left on the vanity and an empty toilet paper roll on the bathroom floor. Went to find the front desk staff and see about a differnt room, butthe more I thought about it the grosser I felt, so we left and found accommodations elsewhere. Was...

"Hot tub was green, pool was very small and cold, room was infested with ants, bathroom was not the cleanest. Had to get your own toiletries. Very disappointed in this establishment! We will never be back!"

"Not many varieties for breakfast. Pillows had a stale smell. Could have used a Lysol spray to them. I bring one along so I did use Otherwise clean and well maintained hotel. Staff very pleasant "
