"Having a breakfast buffet daily was so helpful while on a work trip. We were there for 2 weeks and hospitality was amazing. Staff were helpful. Anytime we left the room, our room was cleaned by the time we returned. It made our stay away from home very pleasant."

"Right in the middle of Waikīkī, 5 min walk to the beach,shops, and restaurants. Loved it would book again. Only thing is parking is 50$ a night so we did street parking. We would leave early in the morning and return by 6 the latest to find parking. Furthest I found was a mile walk while most days was a 5 min walk."

"Room 1615 had a moldy smell and the staff were notified many times. Coffee cream was old. When put on coffee it becomes lumpy and the coffee tasted bad. Front desk was notified. We did not stay much in the room and if we did we opened the sliding door to let fresh air in. Bathroom smelled better than the sleeping area. We will think twice about staying here again. Most staff was not as friendly. Room 1603 had the same smell problem but not as bad as 1615. My kids were not able to check in at 3pm...
