"Visited the property on 5/11/26. Check in went ok. Came down from my room because I needed a couple of paper plates. I approached front desk and the front desk staff was on her personal phone. She looked at me like I was interrupting her phone call. I asked if she had a couple paper plates. She looked at me again like I was disturbing her and I could see she really didn't want to look.
