"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Palms Beach Resort! The property was well maintained and clean! The ambiance in the evening was great; the tiki torches and fire pits gave a Polynesian feel! The very close proximity to the beach is a highlight as well! We are already planning our next stay at the Ocean Palms Beach Resort!!"

"Was upset for the additional parking fee, but it was very convenient. My stay was for three nights, which I understand they don’t change sheets every day but I thought they would at least come in and make the bed and pick up dirty towels and take the trash out!"

"This hotel didn't have anything as stated in their description. The tub leaked, the bathroom facet was loose, and we had to ask for tools and shampoo. Our feet were black from walking on the floor. To get clean towels we had to give them towels to get clean ones. The pool is under repair and not available."

"Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and proximity to the pier / beach / restaurants, and access to the underground parking garage, made for a great beach vacation experience for our family. The free breakfast is good, although by the end of the 5th day, we were ready for some 'real eggs' and bacon. Would be nice to have had more fresh fruit options. Also, the stair cases were dilapidated, and the elevators (when both working) were fine, but if one wasnt working took too long to go up/down....

"Hidden little gem. We had a great room. Room 212 came with an outdoor patio which was perfect for laying out during the day ocean view. And hanging out at night leave the door open for that ocean breeze!! The bed and pillow were cozy. AC blew nice and cold. It was quiet and very peaceful. The hotel staff was wonderful. The Little Dawn attached to the hotel was AMAZING!!!! I highly suggest having dinner there. Food was delish, the even carry Natural wine…. Parking is $28 a day which I felt should...

"The place was clean and well-located; the breakfast was solid and the staff were friendly. I am not sure I would stay again unless the beds and pillows were updated because they were uncomfortable."

"We had a lot of fun doing the various activities that were offered between the two hotels. There was plenty of different playgrounds and stations to keep us occupied. The breakfast was amazing, great food and lots of variety for picky eaters. Rooms were comfortable and stocked with plenty of supplies and legos."

The breakfast items were barely adequate. the evening staff seemed to not be knowledgeable nor empowered to make decisions. A very plain motel. Overall it was a two star facility in my view."
