"Not a fancy, upscale resort but a unique little Inn decorated with cute antiques and cozy furnishings…which we loved! Great location!…just a short walk to the beach or Carlsbad Village. We would definitely stay here again!"
"This is a very family friendly place not quiet if you are looking for adult quiet. We did enjoy our stay we are okay with kids having fun. Friendly staff overall kept up very well and clean. No complaints and extremely convenient to walk everywhere and for amenities for the beach. "
"I was hesitant after seeing some pictures of yellow and red rooms but my husband convinced me to keep the reservation and I am so glad I took the chance!! Looks like the entire property has been updated to the blue and white theme.... The staff were amazing, super nice, funny, one even parked his car in "my parking spot" then when I'd get back, he'd run out and move his car so I could have "my spot". We will absolutely stay here again.... The only reason I gave 1 4 star was the small things,...
"Great view, very close to the ocean and Strand. 15 minute walk to pier and downtown area. Clean property, small but comfortable. Instructions for check-in were detailed and easy to follow. Would stay here again. "

"Janet the front desk Manager was very kind and helpful. She was especially kind in helping my son - who had to be online finishing his summer course- she made sure he was comfortable, safe and ensured he wasn’t disturbed in their little lobby area while he was online.

"We loved everything about this place. It was gorgeous. Walking distance to everything. We really didn’t have to drive out to anything. It was all right there. The only thing is I didn’t check how much parking was. They only offer valet for $50 a day. But wasn’t a huge deal because across the street was public parking and it was $5 a day.
