"Nice clean room, was upgraded to an Executive room which was a nice bonus. No air conditioning and it was extremely warm in the room. A fan was provided. Reception gracefully gave us 2 jugs of milk for tea and were as kind and courteous as always! Bathroom was stocked with towels, shower gel and some lotions and a bar of hand soap. There was a breakfast option for £13.50, which we chose not to have this time. Check out was a simple card drop box. We greatly enjoyed our stay!"

"Was there for an event and rated two nights. They were slammed but did a good job addressing all those checking in. The room had no ac and no windows and it was the summer so it was incredibly hot and no air flow. The bed was not all that comfortable but the room was everything we needed and the location was excellent. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shops and basically steps from the train station. They provide soap, shampoo, coffee and cookies. Staff were helpful and the place was clean. "

"We were there for the Back to the Beginning Concert after another hotel cancelled on us!!! I had tried to get twin beds instead of us cramming into a double! Was told hotel was fully booked each time I checked. On check in still the same situation, but after Steph heard my request, she later made it work!!!!
