"The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was always very clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The shows were amazing and definitely one of the best parts of our stay! We really enjoyed the hotel and had a great experience overall. The only thing that could be improved is the food variety. It would be nice to have more options, but everything else was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"I like to be honest with these reviews the only complaint I had was I had to scan the menu for dinner. But even then that is a stretch of a complaint. I felt the resort was calm and comfortable, yet had a nice getaway atmosphere. My husband and I rented a car but they have shuttles to take you places. I read that the noise from the roof and the street was loud at night but I felt it wasn’t bad. I’m a light sleeper and I was just fine. Take advantage of being so close to 5th ave. And there is a nice seafood restaurant down the block if you want to eat away from Reef 28. Oscar is so sweet and willing to help, in fact all the staff is ready to help. Access to the beach is right down the street a 5 minute walk."
