"Great resort"

"The food options for dinner were meh. No reservations but after a certain time you couldn’t get in or they wouldn’t seat you. We did have an issue with shower drainage and they did accommodate us to a new room."

"Although slightly dated it was very clean and maintained. If any problems arise the staff was very quick to make it right. The food was just ok but the drinks were great! We would 100% go back to this resort."

"The resort was nice and relaxing with decent food and activities. However, the customer service lacked a lot in terms of making reservations for restaurants and requesting room service. Also the water stopped working in the middle of the night."

"Rooms were not so good"

"We visited the resort for a wedding and stayed 5 nights. It was not enough time to even explore the whole resort as it is very large compared to other places we stayed. The food was better than average at the buffet and we had a tomahawk steak dinner on the beach which was the best meal we had there. The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. We did not enjoy how some of the vendors on the resort were a little pushy but understand they all just are trying to make a living. The beach wasn’t as nice or as clean as some, but they have a lot of coastline to maintain. Overall I would recommend the resort if you are looking for a quality stay at a reasonable price."

"The food at the restaurants was not hot; they should serve it on heated plates. The buffet area needs to be cleaner; there was food on the floor and many flies"
