"This is NOT a family friendly hotel as it's advertised. We arrived at check-in and were told that the pool was only for children over 140cm which is clearly child discrimination for a supposedly family friendly hotel. We complained that the positioning of the hotel on Expedia was misleading, only to be told that they were "going to mention to management to change it on Expedia" and that it was because of "Yokohama legislation that they need lifeguard on poolside". No compensation, no...

"両親と子供2人連れで1泊しました。レンタカーを使用していたのですが、出し入れの際の対応のスムーズさや、子供への声かけなどスタッフの方達のおかげでとても気持ちの良い滞在ができました。朝食のビュッフェも品数は多くはないですが、一品一品が美味しく次回も利用したいと思える宿泊となりました。"

"Conveniently located in the Chinatown district, just a few minutes' walk from a station. It's new and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was unique and tasty. Although it’s a small hotel with oddly shaped rooms and no views, I still felt comfortable. The complimentary water in the fridge was nice."

"Overall, a good hotel. It’s a bit far from the subway station (about a 15-minute walk), which can be tough if you're carrying heavy luggage. The main issue was the ventilation frame, which vibrated constantly and created a noticeable, annoying noise."

"Overall, I feel very satisfied with my stay at Hilton Yokohama. The room was clean, spacious, and much larger than most hotel rooms in Japan. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of delicious food. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
