Shinagawa Prince Hotel
The location is hard to beat: short walk to Shinagawa Station which is a major train hub for Tokyo and all of Japan. The room also had a great view of the station area. Beds were very comfy and the water pressure from the shower was great.

The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
After staying in multiple hotels in Japan. I would have to say this one was our least favorite. Although it was convenient being right at the airport. The cleanliness we experienced in the other hotels wasn't present. The room smelled of old dirty socks, and the bathroom was not the cleanest either, ...

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-ariake
Room was clean and staff was helpful. I was surprised the room did not have complimentary tea or coffee. The parking discount was very helpful. Connection to mall and onsen was convenient. Expedia’s offer to include onsen access at booking was also helpful.
