"The Hotel for the price you pay was ok. The bed was clean, however no mattress protection was laid down. The bathroom was also clean. The rest of the room as not as clean as i would have hoped and looked tired. The location however is excellent! Parking was suffient and only a 3min walk in the famous all creatures great and small area. "

Their website states that breakfast is made to order and I recall seeing it on the expedia page but then was notified a day before about where to go for food instead. "Room was comfortable but a little cramped for two people . Tea /coffee making was available but didn’t use , shower was very good with plenty of hot water. Clean and soft towels.Breakfast was excellent and Tamsin the host was very friendly. We’ve been before and will definitely go again. Just a 10 minute stroll to the front with shops and bars . "

"The parking is limited for the guest house but it's like this for most of them, if you do get a spot the guest house do give you a free parking permit, it was full on our visit so we had to park in the leisure center up the road cost £13 for 24 hours, the room was was clean as was the bathroom with power shower, tea and a kettle provided, an hairdryer, WiFi was a little unpredictable, and we had no natural light or view as it was overlooking another guest house that was so close it blocked out...
