"Exactly what we expected. The room spotless, cleaning service each day, staff was kind and courteous. Buffet had enough variety for a hearty breakfast for the long Sapa endeavors. The views are spectacular. We were fortunate to have sunny clear afternoons with breath taking mornings. Room 408 is recommended. Pool heared pool is perfect in the evenings."

"Kieu Anh was the nicest person we met in Vietnam. She helped us book activities and made sure we felt very welcome and at home. She took great care of us. Upon arrival she even upgraded our room! "Room is clean. I arrived at 0700 and they gave me the room already. I like the flooring, not sure if it is real wood or synthetic but it is very clean. Wifi is strong and fast. The only setback is the water gets easily cold. But overall, I will recommend."

"Great little hotel in the centre of Sa Pa walkable to all. Super comfy bed and pillows, Staff was very attentive and found us extra pillows! Breakfast was the normal local but they did have fried eggs for us westerner's. Umbrellas for walking in the rain too! highly recommend!"

"I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. "Amazing view from your room waking up to what you think is a giant mountain view poster plastered on your window. Location can be tricky to find (Google maps isn’t accurate) and road in can be tough for heavy luggages when coming up. Given fantastic food around, I would skip their breakfasts.
