"The stay itself was fine but I checked my invoice the night before checking out and saw that I had parking charges on there even though I had no vehicle while visiting and I spoke to the front desk and the lady said it was removed. The morning of checkout I saw it was still on my receipt so I spoke to the front desk again and she informed me she cannot remove it because she needs to speak to the other attendant to see what was said before doing so 🙄🙄🙄. Ma’am do you not also work at the hotel!...
