The place is very clean and modern, staff are beautiful and friendly. The other guests seem quiet and respectful. I loved the breakfast that was included and the free shuttle. :) they respond super quickly over WhatsApp to anything you need. You will love your stay here."

"Very nice hotel, It’s 10 minutes drive from Ubud centre. But once you are at the hotel they provide a free shuttle service to Ubud. The bar is too far from the front. It would be best if the bar were near the pool and a bit of entertainment in the night would be nice. Putu the receptionist was extremely friendly & helpful and sorted all of our enquiries efficientlly"

" I had to ask twice for soap in bathroom sink as 1st staff who checked us in said it’s not provided. Guest should not have to ask for soap to wash hands after using bathroom!"

"Great little hotel and very friendly staff. Good a/c, good location with a 15min walk to beach.Some of the older pool towels were stained but clean. Bathroom towels clean but very grey in colour. Breakfast was a bit dissapointing, expecting a buffet. Was a choice of 10 meals, but if you chose 1 meal plus extra toast, one of those meals were extra and only ornace juice was included. All in all a great venue and would stay there again."

"This hotel was great I can see why it’s highly rated. I do feel like it is a bit highly priced in comparison to some of the other resorts we stayed in that were equal or better overall and a bit cheaper. We really did enjoy our stay here the staff and service were all great. "

"We stayed for just under a week. The area is convenient and we were able to walk all around Ubud including the monkey forest. We enjoyed both pools. Breakfast and afternoon tea was great! The staff were helpful, we booked a few tours through them seamlessly. The only downside is you can start to see the wear and tear, just don't look to close in the bathroom/shower corners and you'll be happy. "

"The staff at OK Divers was outstanding - from housekeeping to the reception desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was helpful and wanted our stay of 2.5 weeks to be excellent. The dive shop associated with the hotel was mostly good, but often disorganized. Several times this was because guests showed up at the last minute with no dive reservation - it should have been made clear that the dive shop needed advance notice, although they handled these situations well. "Loved the pool and the view,the food was alright. The place looks a bit sad especially the bathroom,towels didn’t look good and we had no hot water. I wouldn’t return here. Not worth the money. We didn’t get to sleep much as we could hear music and prayers at 4 am, it was very loud."

"Lovely spacious room, good sized terrace. Well equipped, great staff. Quiet, friendly place in a central location a few mins walk to the beach. 3 pools was nice to time for shade or sun. Bar prices very reasonable. Would stay again."

"The hotel was at very good location inside the market. There was a buffet in the morning breakfast. One of the best food served out of 4 hotels I stayed. Room was cleaned. Only problem felt water provided was not enough and had to go on 4th floor to refill. Overall, it was a good stay. "
