"I had an amazing stay here. The staff was warm and very welcoming and attentive. I travelled with my toddler and they made sure we were well taken care of. "I cannot say enough great things about the hotel. I reserved at this hotel, because my original hotel was very noisy. The two hotels were very close, and I was a little skeptical since it is located right in the heart of the city. To my surprise, the hotel was super Quiet and it had a great view with lots of nature around. "There was poor internet access and not able to watch any tv shows for almost a week!!! At outdoor kitchen were infested with lot of ants.And those dishes were not even cleaned and stored away. Bathroom dirty towels were even reused in bathroom cabinet without changing for fresh cleaned towels. Also at nights, there were loud noises including loud music and conversations right next to our cabin. Very distrurbing noises thru the nights..will never use this resort ever again.."
