"Will definitely choose this hotel again Beautiful mountain view. the staff were extremely sweet and polite. good local breakfast and a decent selection of western breakfast. the hotel staff were always forthcoming and helping to make our stay extra comfortable. they even upgraded our room for us for free when we asked for a room with balcony. great location and accessible to eating places. might need to walk 10mins uphill to reach good restaurants "

"The location of this hotel is brilliant, surrounded by cafes and restaurants and all town sights are easy walking distance. The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are always on hand and will go that extra mile to assist guests. Food was also excellent in the buffet breakfast, lots of choice, fresh and plentiful . The only drawback for me was the bedding, the mattress was too hard and pillows too soft. Otherwise a great hotel to stay in."

"I enjoy my stay here! The front desk staff guy was very helpful and accommodating. He helped me with everything I needed and allowed me to check in early. It’s a very simple hotel and I used it as a base for my trekking. It’s very close to the main center, a short walk to many restaurants, massage places and close to Sapa Station. I recommend!"
