"For the $200/night price tag, I expected a lot more than the $70/night accommodations. The room was modernized but looked gross in corners, and glass shelves that had dust rings and hair. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and sleep was lousy. One queen bed was up against the window so we had to climb over the bed to get to your side. Staff gave us an attitude when we needed item to use the pull out couch. And that was so uncomfortable our 70lb son didn’t hardly sleep. When they offered free...

"I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....
