"Stayed at Urbano Hotel recently and honestly had a really good experience. The hotel has a fresh vibe to it and you can feel that the new management is trying to take the place to another level. My room was super comfortable, everything was clean, and the breakfast was actually really nice. Staff was very welcoming and helpfull. For the price, it was definitely worth it and I’d happily stay there again next time I’m in Accra."

"Staying at the Gallery was my worst experience so far. Check in was supposed to be at 2 but they didn't get me in till 3:30pm. Also getting in the room, both bed were not made with dirty comforters on the bed. Communication with the hostess are terrible. AC in the living room was not working. Remote could operate. Told them and still nothing was done. I will never return to this place."

"I didn't have an issue with this property per say, I had an issue with the room we received. So the units are individually managed by different vendors or agents. Our room was clean but the shower was broken, there was mold on the wall, the AC worked. The wifi did not work. The room was also very small.
