"The GM did make all of this right by us and I’m only leaving a review bc I rely on reviews when booking places and this one time I did not and it backfired. We were on a mom sons trips and arrived for just 1 night of rest before heading to beach on Monday morning and upon arrival at 1030pm we had to change rooms 3 times. First room the pullout couch bed was broken, second room had mold all over the pull out couch, and third room there were no sheets or blankets for the pullout couch for our kids...

"They charged us again even though we had already paid through expedia and acted like they had never heard of people paying through expedia. Then they refused to refund us even when i showed them the receipt, email confirmation, and the multiple charges on my online credit card statement. Before all of this though they said they didnt have the room that we had reserved because they give preferential treatment to people who make their reservation through their app..Totally horrible and the bed...

"Very clean with extremely polite and helpful staff. Only complaints are the bathroom door latch was broken and lights on one side of the bed did not work. However, we did not ask for these things to be repaired because they did not affect or stay. I’m sure they would have been addressed if we had reported them."

"Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. Being picky, the pool was closed, probably for maintenance. In the room, it had a musty smell, so we made it colder, but it didn't go away completely. One of the overhead lights in the bathroom was burnt out. The room was clean and looked recently remodeled. It had a limited number of power outlets. The breakfast was very nice and met my expectations. The hotel was very nice, but just needed to "dot" the "i" and "cross" the "t"."
