"The hotel’s location is convenient but set back from the street so it’s quiet. Its garden and pool areas are beautiful. The staff are very friendly especially Putu, who is so helpful with arranging drivers, etc.
The room is also spacious and comfortable and everything works. I especially love the many windows and balcony seating. It offers us so much relaxation and privacy.
I also really enjoyed watching the offering ceremony in the morning.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting...

"部屋 のトイレが壊れていたり、洗面台の水道の蛇口が壊れていて水が出なかったりして大変でした。また、シャワーは何とか少し出ましたが、お湯は出なく、水でした。ホテルのスタッフに相談すると、部屋を変えてくれましたが変更後の部屋も同じ状況であり、大変でした。"
