"Friendly staff, clean room and delicious breakfast!"

"I was upset when I wanted to check in an hour early which I do all the time when I stay at hotels and if the room is ready, checking in an hour early is never an issue. They were going to charge me an extra $20 for early check in and would not make any exceptions. I waited in my car and I was able to check in 7 mins early finally with no charge. The hotel had a slight odor. The room was clean but just an FYI, they have super firm mattresses. I checked out the next day and they were nice enough...

"There was no air in the hallways or elevator and the air in the room didnt cool consistently. It wasnt as warm as the hallway so it was tolerable but not comfortable. The room had signs of water damage. The bottom 3 inches of the bathroom door lacked paint and were warped and corroded. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was a good size. The location is fantastic!"
