"Property is old and it looks like it on the outside and is dirty. I paid for a pool garden view room in which balcony faced a wall and the furniture in the room was dirty and sink was dirty. I requested another room which was much better and the staff was helpful. I didnt care for a $150.00 hold on my card for incidentals either when the hotel didnt offer extras that would be an additional charge. When asking about the incidental hold, I was told it was because they have a no pet and no smoking...

"We were disappointed that the type
Of room we booked months ago was not available due to renovations. The staff was helpful in trying to make up for it, but when your children have had their hearts set on an ocean view for months, nothing short of actually getting the ocean view makes up for it.
We do understand the the front desk staff who checked us in did not create the problem and they tried their best to be accommodating."
