"There were parts of the bathroom that needed to be replaced. Everything in the bathroom was old and rusty, and there was a visible water stain on the ceiling. Nothing was labelled, multiple light switches not working. Elevator not working had to walk up multiple flights of stairs with luggage. Lots of dust and mold around the room and ink stains on the bed. Some of the staff was not helpful at all."

"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und für den Preis bei dieser Lage kann man echt nicht meckern. Das Personal hat versucht uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, sie waren super freundlich und konnte uns immer weiterhelfen. Immer wieder gerne!!"

"Super helpful staff. Great breakfast. Small but efficient room and good location. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The room is as small we couldn’t even open our suitcase on the floor."

"Staff barely speak"

"Great position for our theatre trip. Bed was quite soft and room a little noisy. Room clean."

"Excellent location and comfortable apartment"

"GREAT PLACE - STAY AT VIRIDIAN Was lucky enough to stay here after NATIVE VICTORIA absolutely screwed us on a 2 bedroom hotel that was booked two weeks earlier. The Vridian was recently remodeled, roomy, clean, easy to access, next to a park, and walkable to Buckingham Palace and Big Ben."
