"Personal at the hotel does not talk English so it's difficult to communicate. The air conditioner of the room didnt cool the room enough, it didnt go below the 21°C so on hot days it's not conveniente. Other than that room is clean and nicely located, my stay was pretty good. "

"Very good stay, courteous staff and the hotel is in a nice area. The only drawback was a series of thumping noises which began at 4am each morning. I think this was from the market below the room. Avoid the second floor for this purpose if possible but ask for a room with odd numbers up to 09."

"The hotel is very modern, and very clean, well organized. The breakfast buffet is a highly reccomneded must in my opinion. The hotel is a short walk away from the metro station est. . 10mins. The surrounding area is very new and there is a nice riverside walk you can reach via the mercedes benz arena. In short, this is a great place to stay ! "

"We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! Clean, quiet, staff was excellent and very professional and everyone we dealt with spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with many western and eastern options. The location was very convenient with plenty of restaurant and shopping options within a few minutes walk as well as the Metro. Awesome experience!!"

"This hotel is in a fantastic location (thanks to the staff for sending a map, it is down the darker end of the street), super close to East Nanjing Rd and the Bund. The person at the desk upgraded us to a bigger room as we had to wait a while to check in. The room was indeed bigger than we'd booked and very comfortable, just with some open steps up to the bed that were a little scary in the dark! Everything was fine for us as a cheap one-night stay in Shanghai, no issues. Free bottled water was...
