"The property is newly renovated and it’s beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Having said that … I believe from the last time I was there in 2021 then changed the flooring in the hallway and rooms to hardwood- which understandably would be easier to clean and maintain but the echoes are very loud- people getting ice from the vending machine all night - I was woken at midnight one o’clock and even two o’clock in the morning. At times conversations along the hallway were very loud...

"This hotel was absolutely phenomenal! After researching many hotels in the Savannah area, I am sooo happy we chose The Marshall House. The location was prime for restaurants and sight seeing, but most of all, the hospitality of the staff and charm of the hotel itself were second to none. I highly, highly recommend this establishment and we will definitely be returning!!!"

"The room was very nice and the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I was surprised to find we were not in the main building, but I probably just didn't read the description well. The property consists of many buildings and they all looked beautiful and well-maintained. The grounds are amazing, too. They provided vouchers that paid a $7-10 on breakfast at either if two restaurants within sight of the Inn. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Great place to stay minutes from all the places to be in Savannah! The rooms are gorgeous and the staff is very welcoming and friendly! It’s in a super convenient spot and very walkable to everything! I do have to say if you are noise sensitive (didn’t bother us at all as we live in the city) there is noise from Bay Street which is a high traffic area. Loved the little attached bar! "
