"So-so hotel. Rooms were subpar and mine had ants on the counter with the amenities. Bed was comfortable though. If sleep is the only thing you need in a hotel, this place is alright."

"Very nice hotel, It’s 10 minutes drive from Ubud centre. But once you are at the hotel they provide a free shuttle service to Ubud. The bar is too far from the front. It would be best if the bar were near the pool and a bit of entertainment in the night would be nice. Putu the receptionist was extremely friendly & helpful and sorted all of our enquiries efficientlly"

"The hotel was at very good location inside the market. There was a buffet in the morning breakfast. One of the best food served out of 4 hotels I stayed. Room was cleaned. Only problem felt water provided was not enough and had to go on 4th floor to refill. Overall, it was a good stay. "

"The management and staff were friendly and helpful . There is a room for improvement with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities . 1. The pool looks muggy & dirty and not inviting to swim at all . You can hardly see the bottom of the pool . 2. The rooms were not properly cleaned even if we requested daily service . Upon check in we still found quiet a few disposable cutlery items from previous guests that is not supposed to be there . We requested for daily cleans in all 3 rooms...

"The staff at OK Divers was outstanding - from housekeeping to the reception desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was helpful and wanted our stay of 2.5 weeks to be excellent. The dive shop associated with the hotel was mostly good, but often disorganized. Several times this was because guests showed up at the last minute with no dive reservation - it should have been made clear that the dive shop needed advance notice, although they handled these situations well. "Hotel is average, a little far from the city center hence you must either you taxi (Car, Bike) or hire a bike/Car to commute. Staff is polite and helpful, overall nice place (just little quite)"

"We stayed for just under a week. The area is convenient and we were able to walk all around Ubud including the monkey forest. We enjoyed both pools. Breakfast and afternoon tea was great! The staff were helpful, we booked a few tours through them seamlessly. The only downside is you can start to see the wear and tear, just don't look to close in the bathroom/shower corners and you'll be happy. "
