"Very friendly and helpful from greeting to goodbyes! Large clean room with numerous amenities. If it had been a little warmer, we would have loved sitting outside on little porch or in the garden. Good breakfast too!"

"Arrived late evening just in time for delicious meal of fresh salad starter followed by beef stroganoff, excellently presented, served, and was delicious. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and early morning shower was the best power shower I've experienced, an excellent start to the day, followed by an well presented and deliciously cooked full English breakfast. Couldn't ask for more!!"

Would definitely say its for families as opposed to couples though - several children there and if you are wanting to get away for peace and quiet although it still is very peaceful location its not the same as a couples retreat, especially when in the spa/swimming pool. We will likely return but with our two children - they would love it and we will as a family!"

"A really convenient hotel, and the parking was a real bonus that was just outside the back entrance of the hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was located close to shopping and restaurants. The food menu choice was limited but the pie options on the menu were delicious. "
