"Good clean room, bit dated but characterful."

"Amazing attention to detail in our room. Quality fixtures and fittings. Very clean and comfy. Genuinely one of if not the best B&B I’ve stayed in. Great location for a lovely canal walk into Bradford on Avon. Staff were lovely and local knowledge invaluable. Will definitely be returning for another stay."

"the Gray Manor Hotel and Wedding Venue: We got our room and after going into the room finding out the cleaners had not been in there. All the bed sheets and pillows were stained and there was hair all over the place. I went back to the reception to complain, and a man came out in his bathrobe with no shoes on and his chest hanging out; he had clearly just gotten out of bed. He eventually gave me another room, but this one was just as bad, with lipstick stains all over the headboard and a filthy bathroom. The rest of the night was an absolute disaster. There was a huge vibration noise coming from the taps and a constant beeping noise coming from the hallway that made it impossible to sleep. This place was a total nightmare and definitely not what you would expect from a hotel and wedding venue. I would not recommend staying here."

"There was a wedding at this hotel and they had no consideration for other guests. Reception didn’t seem to bother about the noise being made. "

"The staff were excellent, the room very good, our only complaint was the evening meal we had. And there was no lift. Would we recommend, yes."
