"Wrong bed! I booked a queen bed and it was 2 singles. No staff present, car park barrier locked us in, no one answered the phone or replied on email. Thankfully another disgruntled customer had the barrier exit code and I tailgated out. I decided to find another hotel nearby- this place is RANK"

"Staff here are where very helpful we booked a family room when arriving into our room there was only a double bed and one single for a family of 4 2 adults and 2 children. The staff were very quick to help and re arranged us a new room without hesitation. We had travelled a lot the day of staying. Decided to eat at the hotel was disappointed that there wasn’t a children menu for our children to pick from. Couldn’t fault the food was absolutely Devine for dinner and breakfast was lovely to all...
