"Value for money. We stayed for 5 nights. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is good just off the main road so it's not noisy but close to all the main features in Ubud. "This is a such exclusive and beautiful place. It’s not huge but very private. The place is well maintained and staff are very friendly. One night ordered some take away and later got cold. I’ve asked a staff to heat it up in microwave, unfortunately it’s not working. So She took it to the kitchen and heat it up in a wok. I thought it was very kind of her even though I didn’t order it from their kitchen. It is quite a bit of walk from the city centre but with Gojek or Grab, it’s never too hard....

" The villa does not look like the pictures at all. It feels very old and has a noticeable smell. Even the bedsheets seem worn and not well-maintained. The pool light wasn’t working, which made it unusable at night. There were also a lot of ants and flies throughout the property. The food was horrible and not up to standard. Overall, the condition, cleanliness, and services were far below expectations."
