"Very tired property. Could do with a revamp. Very noisy all night (2-3am) groups of blokes shouting. Next room blokes shouting. Breakfast was good and staff were ok "

"First impressions were very good but when we got to our room it was obviously a disabled room as the sink only came up to my knees and there was a stool for the shower. The curtains were too short for the window and the bedside table had fablon on that was all peeling off and my friend had yellow stains on her bed sheet and a publc hair. We went out for a walk and on the same side of our Hotel was an Immigration Hotel with wire fencing around it and big red signs saying no entry. We would not stay here again Bournemouth is not the same place i used to stay for holidays sadly."
