"Good location but that ‘s it. Overcharge me 3X for my booking when the deposit was required. It instead charged me the entire booking fee whereas I had already prepaid previous week! Room is tiny unlike Expedia ‘s description and bathroom is very unsafe due to tiny space ! All this for $200 plus a day! Absolutely avoid!"

"Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to upgrade our room to one with a window for no extra cost. Clean and well maintained however the rooms are absolutely tiny was a struggle for 2 people trying to get ready for the day."

"The hotel is in a great location it has a couple of underground lines near by which made it super convenient. All the staff was super friendly and useful. Room was a little small but I think most hotel rooms in London are but this one had really high ceilings which made the room feel bigger. Overall great experience at the hotel, would definitely stay there again on my next visit and recommend to a friend. Also has really good AC which was great!"

The restaurant area was lacking in atmosphere with nothing on the tables I.e. condiments, serviettes etc., making it very bare. And unwelcoming. The complementary tea/coffee etc.,was very nice. I booked this hotel for its advertised closeness to Heathrow particularly as you advertised the use of a SHUTTLE to the airport, which there was NOT and we had to get a taxi, which was much more expensive. I would have looked at...

"Very pleasant, helpful staff. Rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. Really nice bath towels and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was convenient and the Hoppa shuttle bus pulled up right outside and was a fairly short drive to Heathrow (I think it stopped at two more hotels before getting to Terminal 3). Glad I chose this hotel for an overnight before an early flight out."

"Not much room to move or open your bag so glad I paid for window otherwise would have been extremely claustrophobic! Room has the basics (bed and bathroom, foldout table -not really possible for workdesk, no coffee/tea making ability), but the room and hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and filling to start day (only time tea/coffee avail without paying extra), wifi reliable, glad for A/C during heatwave and location was great to get to tube and cute food market....
