"We only stay for 1 night, and we will not going back! We checked in on Fri. When we arrived, the valet was long with 5-6 cars in front of us on a narrow street with heavy traffic. Valet for a big car/suv is $68/day + tax. The check-in is on the 11th floor and elevators smell. We stayed on the 19th floor, and not sure if all the rooms’ doors are the same on every level, but the 19th floor the doors are bad. "Sunshine at the front desk was the best! Very Welcoming.

"I absolutely loved the location and the hotel! It’s definitely one of the nicer hotels if you’re looking for cleanliness, as it’s just a short walk to Canal Street and the French Quarter (if you’re up for some walking). The hotel is always hosting events, so it’s lively during respectable hours. And the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating!"
