"I love how convenient this hotel is. However they should FIRE their designer. Whoever thought shag carpets work with rolling luggage has never been a guest at the hotel. The room hallways have a lower profile carpet but still difficult. Even the maintenance people joke about it; not really funny when you have multiple bags."

"The location and hotel was great. We were a group of 8, had 4 rooms here, the rooms were clean but seems like the room service keep on forgetting to refill all of our shampoos, conditioner and shower gel. That was our only complaint."

"everything about this hotel was amazing. the only thing is the bathrooms is there’s no door (it’s like a half glass panel) so water kind of goes everywhere, but that doesn’t have any comparison with how awesome this place is. would 11/10 recommend to come here"

"Overall, the hotel was okay for the price, but pretty basic. The room was very simple and lacked some expected amenities—there were no slippers provided, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the area around the bed wasn’t very clean, which affected the overall experience.
I paid $170 per night, and for that price, I expected a bit more attention to cleanliness and comfort. It’s not terrible, but definitely not great either."
