"Room was not clean, curtains did not shut all the way, missing body wash. Room not timely cleaned on multiple day stay and had to call and even after it was supposedly clean it was only half done. Hours of bar not clear and found closed often. Restaurant seemed understaffed resulting in long wait to get in even when it was less than 1/2 full. Overall not up to par compared to other Westins we have stayed at."

"Great location. Would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Biggest beef with the units is that you have no control over temperature of the room. The thermostat doesn't do anything. I contacted the property but they said the building controls the heat/AC. It was hot and stuffy in the apartment. Made it hard to sleep"
