"Water pressure was horribly aggressive. Somehow too much??? Never thought I’d say that. And the hot water in the sink was dangerously hot, even when not turned up all the way. The bed sheets were quite rough, but they did have the cool Japanese pillows! Black out curtains were more effective than most. Unfortunately, one morning when I was trying to forward my luggage, the front desk staff did not seem fully familiar with the process and I ended up missing my train due to her completing wrong ppw first (to airport instead of hotel) and I had to pay 5000 yen for a taxi to catch my Shinkansen"

"Clean room, there's bathtub. Room was pretty small for 3 pax. Need to play a little bit of tetris when opening luggage. I think 2 pax is fine, but for 3 is quite small. There's small small onsen in the hotel - free for guests. Convenience store is just right outside the hotel. About 10 mins walking distance to LUCUA100 and the nearest train station. Side note: No complimentary meals of sorts. "

"Excelente ubicación para ir a USJ, limpia, habitación amplia, elevadores suficientes. Hay lavandería, area de fumar y vending machines. Las amenidades estan en la recepción, que se encuentra en el 2F. Personal eficiente, no muy amigable, esta fue mi segunda visita y me paso lo mismo. Volví por la ubicación e instalaciones. Hay un Lawson 24hrs en el hotel, muy conveniente."

"Wonderful hotel, very clean, helpful staff. I was able to drop off bags a few hours before checkin to go explore the city. The hotel lobby was accessible by elevator several floors about street level, with a separate elevator to access rooms. Wide select of options for breakfast, very good quality."

"Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The location is perfect for those wanting to visit Universal Studios but a little out of the way from the rest of Osaka. The station right in front of the hotel was very convenient but still took some time to get to other parts of the city. A short walk to a free ferry takes you right to the aquarium. The breakfast buffet was amazing, plenty of food and variety, and I'm sure the dinner buffet is excellent as well. Definitely recommend!"
