"Top class hotel, great experience overall with few things to mention. Parking is vallet only and it's a lovely $100 so prepare for that. Few tiny options around but not ideal for family to walk to. Our room's carpet was somehow dusty which was disappointing..on that rooms are small and not much spacing to walk around.. there is No pool which is disappointing; Gym was great though...Good experience in overall!"

"This was a wonderful hotel with excellent staff and accommodations. It’s in a great location walkable to the Embarcadero, Ferry Building and China Town. They do allow pets which is nice for our fur babies but be careful to ask for deep cleaning if you have allergies. The restaurant and bar close very early on Saturdays so plan accordingly. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had an enjoyable stay. "

"What a fabulous hotel from the moment we checked in Ricky was Lovely and gave me 2 free Birthday drinks, Danny the Food and Beverage Manager in the Anzu restaurant was so lovely it was really lovely talking to him such a nice guy ,He wanted to give me a free dessert for my Birthday but we were so full after eating dinner ,The room was amazing and totally spotless and the View was Amazing,When we were checking out Michael assisted us ,What an amazing Person he was so lovely to talk to and went...

"Very helpful staff. Great locations nearby. The hills are rough but that's not your fault! Also, the water dispenser in the lobby is clutch. And again, the whole staff was so nice and helpful"

"Honestly there was slight mishaps at the start of the stay but the staff handled it very well along with the manager when he was made aware during the day since the issue happened at night time. Really nice hotel. Honestly the only downside is their parking. There is a parking structure next door that's pretty costly but has in & out privileges so makes it a little better."

"We stay here a few times a year. The bell hop is always very friendly. The registration person is usually good but nothing stand out- this time , the person was very friendly, took time to really listen when I answered his"how was your drive here?". Then he gave us a corner room- a nicer room than we have ever gotten; a late check out and a couple of nice comments about how great the hotel is and SF in general. That is all it takes in the day to make a guest feel welcomed!!! not hard but we do...

"We stayed at the Westin because we had a very early flight. The property was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. We needed to use the shuttle to get to airport. The shuttle was on time and driver was very pleasant!"

"The St. Francis hotel is a beautiful and historic building near Union Square in SF. It is conveniently located near a lot of popular destinations and near the famous cable car lines. My stay was very comfortable thanks to the wonderfully maintained rooms and courteous staff. I will definitely be considering staying here on my next visit."

"We loved our stay at the Hotel Zelos. The rooms were clean and neat and the bed was so comfortable. The front staff was very friendly. Our only issue was with the staff in the dirty habits restaurant. They were very inattentive and slow to serve. But overall the hotel is an excellent place to stay in the downtown area. We saw lots of interesting people on the streets but never felt unsafe."

"Its pretty much dead center of the City life in SF. We walked back from the club after a day if bar hopping through the City. Bathrooms are really clean so thats a good sign in my opinion. "
