"This was ot our first time, that wr stayed at Hilton midtiwn, but evety time it is getting worse. The chck-in was not good. I had booked a room with shoerr anc they gave us rooms with a bathtub twice...Bsthrooms are tiny, lighting is vety poor. The hotel is not clean and new elevator system is a disaster. Thd only great thing about this hotel is, thag it has amazing location."

"While the hotel was comfortable and staff helpful we felt we overpaid and were furious over the extra $200 per room for facilities or resorts fees! The place was far from a resort - no amenities except a workout room and dining area. The bar was crowded so we bought drinks and took them to an area outdoors. We were told we couldn’t bring them out! The breakfast was good but what a convoluted mess to get there….u had to go to the lobby, give your name and room number and then wait until an elevator came and transported you back upstairs…all in your party ha to be present or they couldn’t sit with you! I will never stay at another Riu anywhere in the world!"
