"What a terrible experience. When we arrived the AC had a terrible noise, I went down and asked for another room, I was told I had to wait for maintenance to check it, after one hour I asked for the manage and the front desk persons were so rude, finally the manager gave us another room, very small, the bathroom smell terrible. We went to the restaurant and moved one chair since we were 4 and we were told we couldn’t move the chair!! For breakfast even they have plenty room for big tables, they...
