"We were charged for a bunch of things we didn’t use as well as double charged for resort fees. The prices are definitely steep and they were understaffed. The pools are small and were cloudy. The sound proofing is also poor. The staff was nice and the room was clean."

"Excellent place to stop on a road trip! Everything was clean and orderly. The room was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We had absolutely no hallway noise or other interruptions to our rest. It's in Indio, so the air conditioning is absolutely crucial. Every where except the elevator was comfortably cool. We will definitely come back here again."

"Amazing service and property is well maintained (except for tiny gym which only has 2 out of 3 working treadmills on a summer long weekend). "First room smelled like urine, second room was slightly better but did not feel as clean as it could be. Received random charges two days after my stay and was accused of smoking (I am literally 5 months pregnant). They reversed the charge but still extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. The pool ran out of towels. The family pool was full of moms popping bottles and not watching their kids despite a no glass rule at the pool. Overall it’s really unkept and lacks care."
