"Swiss-Belresort Watu Jimbar has everything we need and the staff make us very welcome. We were grateful for the up-graded room. The swimming pool is excellent. Breakfast is plentiful. There are many restaurants and shops out the front of Swiss-Bel, otherwise the hotel has theme night dinners at the hotel on certain nights."

Apart from one incident when I have booked my tour through hotel and asked them to pack my box for breakfast but driver was late and other people having breakfast so I thought I can have some juice and bread but one staff came and asked me not to eat because they have packed my 😊 Rice box. I believe there is way to approach your customer’ I returned my lunch box. Very embarrassing moment. Otherwise, great staff, very helpful "

"The location of the property would be hard to beat if you were looking for a central location for the hustle and bustle of shopping , but also the quiet of a resort type atmosphere. Not only was the position of the accommodation perfect for shopping, but it is also situated on the beach. Accommodation was quite spacious and well maintained. Found all staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be visiting again "

"Rooms very clean and staff and service excellent. Shower drain smelly when first starting the shower. Hotel layout very good but on the first night the neighbouring hotel had very loud techno music going on until the early hours. Not the hotels fault but could have been mentioned in the hotel info or in the reviews. "
