"Stayed here for 2 nights on the hottest weekend of the year in room 320. Air conditioning wasn't working we were sweltering in the small room with twin beds that were of differing heights. I spoke to reception about the air con and how hot it was in the room, they gave us desktop fans and told us there wasn't really anything else they could do as there were quite a few rooms with the same issue!! "The positives were the airy room and lovely garden. The big negative was the buffet breakfast which they proudly claim to be award-winning. The reality is that for a 4 star hotel, the quality and range of options was extremely poor. Too many short cuts and cost cutting. The veggie options were limitd and not displayed on the tables and there were no extras (eg crushed avocado) even if you were willing to pay a bit extra. There was no fruit yogurt in individual pots and no higher quality healthy...
