"Staff friendly and helpful on Check in , the rooms and bathrooms definitely need updating which didn’t include breakfast so was quite steep for one night . No air con so it was really hot in the rooms . It was a good location , no complaints there but I think the room fee was too much considering how much they need modernising ."

"Our room was spotless, and I enjoyed the setting, but I was very disappointed when I wanted to use the pool and was asked to pay an extra £10 per person. How can a hotel guest be expected to pay to use the hotel's own pool? I have stayed in many hotels—in Scotland, Venice, Germany, Spain—and this is the first time I have ever experienced something like this. I found it to be in very poor taste and disrespectful to the guest!.On top of that, as a guest, you have to pay 24 pounds a day... I hope...

"Amazing staff, Callum who checked us in and out, was quick, funny and professional and I think his name was David, working then late shift on Sunday the 21st. "At the arrival and going to our room there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel I asked at the reception to have 1of each brought to our room but it did not happened also the bathtub is either very badly stained or just not cleaned properly so we felt that we could not have a shower in it The hotel bar was very good and staff very friendly the breakfast was very nice plenty of everything Thank you we still enjoyed our stay"
