"A lovely, iconic property in a great location for restaurants, theater, sightseeing. Hotel was in the process of starting a new reservation system, was seriously unprepared for it, and significantly understaffed causing delays at check in that were incredibly long. It took us 2 visits to the front desk and 90 minutes before getting access to our rooms. Excusing mistakes and software glitches is one thing, but the staff did not deal with it well. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
