"Attention to detail Clean room"

"Overall, it's a nice place to stay and we enjoyed our time there. It's nothing particularly special but it served its purpose. Located in a great area, just a block from Times Square and multiple subway lines. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was in the back so while there was no view, we didnt really get much in the way of street noise so that was nice. The downsides: There is no mini fridge or a dresser in the room so be aware of that. The room also had multiple scuff marks along the wall, like a surprising amount? The shower pressure is also not very strong but still good. The hot water did go out one night but was fine the rest of the time we were there. There are also only 2 elevators and the can fit maybe 4 people max (without luggage). You may end up waiting quite awhile to be able to get into one. "

"Easy to get in and out of. Clean and roomy, by Manhattan standards. The cookies were a little over-baked, but other than that it was a nice time. "

"AC did not work, eyelash on pillow, and hair on shower wall. Elevator card reader faulty. The lobby fragrance is overwhelming after a day or two. But…i guess you get what you pay for. It is really central to tourist areas."
