"We checked in and the bags taken to the room. It was a hot day and when we got to the room it was very warm. We turned the aircon on to discover it wasn’t working. We reported it immediately and were offered complimentary drink in the bar while an engineer investigated. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixable, and the hotel was fully booked so they were unable to move us to another room. As compensation they offered a 50%, and provided a fan. Although appreciated, it still left us with an uncomfortable...

"When we checked in my husband and I needed are bags immediately for a dinner We had to go to right away. We then waited in the room and called 3 times waited 45 minutes untill we needed to Hunt our bags down and get them By ourselves…. We missed our dinner. There was not proper sheets on the bed. The drains in both the bathroom sink and bathtub were completely broken. They would fill up and you have to use a spoon To pop the drain cap Open to Allow the water to Drain. I would Never stay here...
